The Shining Empire

The Shining Empire has been a labor of love for me for almost 8 years now. It's a world that I've created. I'm more of a character creator at heart, so originally the Shining Empire was on Earth, but eventually it got to the point that the Shining Empire really needed its own thing. Since it started on Earth, the cultures in the Shining Empire are based on those of Earth.
